Driver (Shuttle, Bus and Limo)

About the role

The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs is hiring a Driver for its Motor Services department. The driver transports guests safely and on time by shuttle, bus or limousine, provides customer service and performs vehicle inspections. The position is regular, 40 hours per week, with days off varying, and includes weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests safely and on time in shuttles, buses or limos
• Provide customer service and transportation to regional locations and for internal and external guests
• Perform daily vehicle inspections according to DOT guidelines and follow all DOT rules and regulations
• Handle guest interaction, ordering, clean-up and clerical tasks as part of the broader job functions
• Assume additional duties during emergencies and take on all Motor Services duties during the off season

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Customer service experience preferred; transportation industry experience a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and understand their needs, providing a 5-star atmosphere
• Knowledge of the Roanoke, Beckley, Charleston, Washington and Richmond areas, and ability to read a map

Required skills

• CDL Class B license with passenger endorsement
• Ability to drive a standard transmission
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend and lift up to 10 pounds
