Distributor Operations Management Analyst

About the role

The Distributor Operations Management Analyst supports the Logistics & Fulfillment Team by executing daily and weekly operational routines, maintaining process documentation, and coordinating follow‑up actions across logistics functions and external stakeholders. The role ensures logistics processes are controlled, compliant, and audit‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Execute standard work and recurring routines (daily/weekly/monthly) for logistics performance management and controls compliance, tracking actions and escalating aging items.
• Build and maintain routine reports and trackers (service, quality, inventory, claims, access reviews) using spreadsheets and system outputs, validating data and flagging anomalies.
• Maintain process documentation (SOPs, narratives, job aids, RACI, checklists) and support training deployment by preparing materials and tracking completion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional requests and follow‑ups with Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Internal Audit, IT Security, and third‑party partners.
• Maintain audit‑ready controls documentation, coordinate logistics controls testing, collect supporting evidence, and assist remediation follow‑up.
• Administer periodic system access reviews for logistics applications and support segregation of duties documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, internal controls, audit support, or related analytical work.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to organize evidence, maintain trackers and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
• Experience working with reports extracted from ERP, WMS, or shipment‑visibility TMS tools.
