Director of Quality – Multi‑Division Organization

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Quality to lead quality strategy and execution across three diverse divisions of our family‑owned, multi‑division organization. This senior position partners closely with senior leadership to shape quality programs, mentor talent, and align initiatives with long‑term growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified quality strategy that supports long‑term growth goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow quality teams across three business divisions.
• Drive supplier development initiatives and improve supplier performance.
• Manage internal and external corrective actions (CAPA) and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies.
• Standardize quality systems, processes, and metrics while championing continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and executive leadership to embed a culture of accountability and customer‑focused excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive quality experience, preferably in metal manufacturing.
• 5+ years of management experience leading multi‑site or multi‑division quality programs.
• Proven track record of driving organizational change and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative leadership style grounded in respect, transparency, and trust.
