Director of Investor Relations

About the role

The Director of Investor Relations will be based in Miami and will report directly to the C‑Suite. The role supports the firm’s growth across multifamily and private credit platforms by enhancing investor engagement, capital formation, and go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, delivering proactive communication and relationship management.
• Coordinate investor reporting, capital call communications, quarterly updates, and performance summaries for both equity and credit strategies.
• Lead the ongoing enhancement and administration of the firm’s CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, pipeline activity, and reporting schedules.
• Develop and implement scalable investor‑relations processes and operational best practices.
• Partner with senior leadership to create and refine investor presentations, pitch decks, marketing collateral, case studies, and digital communications.
• Assist in building outbound business‑development and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investor relations, capital‑markets support, or private‑investment marketing within real‑estate private equity, private credit, or alternative investments.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented, and commercially minded.
• Ability to build best‑in‑class investor infrastructure without relying on an existing Rolodex.
