SAP Business Systems Analyst – FICO

About the role

Excelitas Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst – FICO to support and enhance its SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscape at the headquarters in Pittsburgh. The role partners closely with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and IT teams to drive process improvements, system enhancements and ERP transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support, enhance and optimise SAP FICO solutions across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Lead SAP CO activities including product costing, cost roll‑ups, cost centre accounting, profit centre accounting, internal orders, profitability analysis (COPA) and cost allocations.
• Assist month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to costing and controlling.
• Collaborate with MM, PP and SD teams to design, test and support integrated end‑to‑end business processes.
• Gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, perform configuration, testing, user training and production support.
• Work with technical teams on RICEFW developments, enhancements and performance improvements.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA and Central Finance initiatives, including process standardisation and system transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least one full‑cycle SAP implementation.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP Controlling (CO) and deep understanding of accounting, finance and management costing principles.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or semiconductor industry processes.
• Ability to travel up to 10 % domestically and internationally.
