Director of Finance – Enterprise Sales (Remote)

About the role

The Finance Support role in the Growth Office (GO) is a newly created position that will build the financial foundation for this strategic function. It works across Kelly’s ETM, SETT, EDU finance teams and the Sales COE to align commercial activity, workforce analytics and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with finance managers across business units to align GO financial processes, planning assumptions and reporting cadences.
• Serve as day‑to‑day financial partner for GO leadership, providing strategic account performance reporting, forecasting and post‑deal analysis.
• Support headcount, productivity metrics and sales pipeline analytics, building models that link pipeline conversion to revenue.
• Maintain GO forecast and budget cycles, prepare monthly P&L updates and variance commentary, and develop financial models for pricing and GP improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive finance experience with strong FP&A, business partnering and analytics exposure.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a matrixed organization and thrive in ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with Workday Financial Management or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
