Director, Market Revenue Management

About the role

The Market Revenue Management Director partners with markets and suppliers to maximize spend, drive margin growth, and standardize pricing processes. This senior finance position leads a team that aligns P&L, price structures, and spend budgets across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategic revenue plans, including price calendars and P&L alignment, to the executive team.
• Analyze sales data and market share to forecast margin opportunities and recommend actions.
• Build and lead a revenue team focused on achieving gross‑profit targets.
• Monitor spend budgets to ensure they support margin goals.
• Collaborate with sales leads and finance partners on market trends, forecasts, and margin‑improvement initiatives.
• Identify risks and growth opportunities with market stakeholders and suppliers.
• Report on margin performance, KPIs, and process metrics to business units and supplier teams.
• Coordinate implementation of new technologies for pricing and revenue management.
• Continuously propose process improvements to optimize margin growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in pricing, analytics, or revenue management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and statistical abilities.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and SAP.
• Attention to detail and ability to work cross‑functionally.
