Director, Human Resources

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will lead all on‑site HR operations for Windermere Point Golf & Ocean Club, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, training and policy administration.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best‑in‑class HR support to employees and internal customers, building strong relationships with property leadership.
• Partner with the CHRO to align HR initiatives with strategic business objectives.
• Coach managers on employee‑relations issues, performance management and compliance.
• Manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, off‑boarding and mobility across projects.
• Administer benefits, payroll set‑up, workers‑compensation and HRIS data integrity.
• Develop and deliver safety programs, training curricula and employee recognition initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or guest‑facing environments.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and drive strategic HR programs.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship‑building skills.
