Direct Care Worker / Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Care Workers and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide essential home care services across Tucson and surrounding areas. This position offers flexible shifts and a supportive environment during the COVID‑19 response.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and oral feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Support range of motion exercises, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and provide medication assistance.
• Provide nail care, ambulation assistance, and other personal care tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of work experience in caregiving or related field.
• Current CNA/LNA license in good standing with the board.
• DCW certification, CPR, First Aid, and fingerprint clearance.
