Digital Marketing Specialist – Phoenix

About the role

Small Giants is seeking a self‑motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join its vibrant, in‑office team in Phoenix. You will craft and execute social media strategies for commercial real‑estate, construction and professional‑services clients, ensuring brand consistency and measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute social media content calendars for multiple clients, planning, scheduling and tracking posts from ideation to publishing.
• Coordinate recurring content timing (holidays, events, hiring announcements) and launch campaign schedules.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers and writers to shape creative assets, provide feedback and approve final content.
• Support longer‑form projects such as articles, blog posts and video scripts.
• Plan, coordinate and track digital media buys, manage deadlines, creative approvals and delivery of ad assets.
• Serve as a hub between clients, creative teams, project managers and leadership, organizing meetings and ensuring clear timelines.
