Retail Associate – Events & Promotions

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking energetic, customer‑focused individuals to join its Retail Marketing team. In this position you will represent a fast‑growing home‑improvement brand by engaging homeowners inside major retail and hardware stores, setting up promotional booths and driving lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Educate homeowners on exterior remodeling products such as roofing, siding, gutters, windows and doors.
• Schedule free inspections and consultations for qualified homeowners.
• Set up, maintain, and dismantle promotional booths and displays in retail and hardware locations.
• Meet individual and team lead‑generation goals.
• Support promotional campaigns, merchandising, and event setup/teardown.
• Handle customer questions professionally and confidently.
• Attend team meetings and trainings to develop communication and marketing skills.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident and comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events or store coverage.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability preferred.
