Deployment Strategist – U.S. Army

About the role

The Deployment Strategist (DS) drives definition, implementation and operation of Rivet’s integrated systems for U.S. Army customers, bridging technical teams and senior military stakeholders to deliver modern capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage new opportunities across combat, maintenance, logistics and sustainment mission areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with Army leaders, program offices and acquisition stakeholders to understand needs and generate demand.
• Design and execute comprehensive deployment plans, ensuring successful integration of hardware and software solutions.
• Partner with commercial and engineering teams to translate Army requirements into technical proposals and executable plans.
• Own the end‑to‑end process from initial engagement through pilot, deployment and program expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing DoD/U.S. Army deployments of complex integrated technology solutions.
• 5+ years experience in technical solution sales, business development or customer‑facing outcomes with government customers.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into executable technology solutions and business opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and trust‑building skills with senior military, technical and acquisition stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 35‑70% and ability to obtain or hold an active U.S. security clearance.
