Cyber Field Engineer – Spanish Speaking (Remote)

About the role

Pentera is looking for a bilingual Cyber Field Engineer to join its fast‑growing cybersecurity team. The role is remote within the United States and focuses on helping LATAM customers improve their security posture by delivering technical guidance and product expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver deep‑technical sessions on the Pentera platform to customer security teams.
• Provide tailored technical guidance, enablement, and best‑practice recommendations for LATAM environments.
• Act as the primary product expert for customers, fostering loyalty and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex security issues and support product adoption.
• Travel periodically (domestic or international) as required by customer engagements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and management of TCP/IP networks.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent consultative communication skills.
• Customer‑facing experience and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver’s license and passport for travel.
