End User Support Onsite Engineer

About the role

The End User Support Onsite Engineer will join Infosys' Communications, Media, and Technology unit in Burlington, VT. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality technical assistance, software development, and system integration for enterprise users.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, create process documentation, and develop code according to detailed specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, report defects, and support the integration of new software features.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt issue resolution and comprehensive maintenance documentation.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base.
