Data Onboarding Analyst 2

About the role

Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, is looking for a Data Onboarding Analyst 2 in Burlington, MA (Boston area). The role leads data onboarding projects for strategic clients, working with Data Management, Data Acquisition, Product and Implementation teams so that data is delivered, validated and integrated successfully. It is a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 remote).

Key responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding and implementation of assigned clients, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving project execution, managing risks and ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Work with the Data Management, Product, Implementation and Data Acquisition teams to build a communications and project plan that tracks progress.
• Manage change control to the project scope and schedule and communicate with stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, status and risks and report to the Director and the client; act as the dedicated point of contact for high-profile clients.
• Create project paperwork such as implementation agendas, project plans and status reports.
• Escalate issues and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure vendor implementation tickets (legal agreements, SFTP setup, file receipt and review, file analysis) are created and monitored.
• Facilitate discussions on data structures, file specifications and data requirements, and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven success leading projects from planning through execution and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Preferred: healthcare experience (population health management, value-based care, medical claims operations) and experience analyzing complex data.
• Preferred: experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery environments.
• Must reside in the same country as the job location.

Required skills

• Preferred: SaaS support or implementation, advanced Excel and reporting, Power BI, data transformation, ETL and data quality analysis.
• PMP, Six Sigma or similar project management certification preferred but not required.

The stated base pay range is $56,100 to $140,300 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule; incentives and benefits may also apply.
