Customer Success Manager (Account Manager)

About the role

RoadSync builds financial tools for the logistics ecosystem, helping warehouses, carriers and repair and tow operators process faster and keep more revenue. Its Customer Success team is growing, and it is hiring an Account Manager in Atlanta who will own a portfolio of existing customers from day one, building relationships, driving product adoption and protecting the business already won.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships across your assigned portfolio of customer accounts
• Run proactive outreach focused on engagement, retention, adoption and growth
• Spot declining usage and other churn signals early and build a plan to fix them
• Find expansion and cross-sell opportunities based on each customer's needs
• Show customers how the products improve their payment and operational workflows
• Hold regular check-ins and business reviews to track goals, challenges and opportunities
• Ask for and earn referrals, handle escalations clearly and keep the CRM up to date
• Partner with Implementation, Sales, Support, Product and Operations to meet customer needs

Required profile

• 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Relationship Management, Sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Experience owning a portfolio or book of business
• Experience at a B2B or B2B2C technology, SaaS or Fintech company is ideal
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, and comfort discussing account performance and growth with customers

Required skills

• CRM platforms such as HubSpot (a plus)
• Experience in payments, fintech, transportation, trucking, towing, repair or logistics (a plus)
