Customer Service Representative, Business Insurance

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Business Insurance team in Hunt Valley. The role delivers prompt, courteous and accurate service to clients and colleagues, supporting the Business Insurance team with policy-related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Business Insurance team with policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits
• Maintain the highest level of accuracy in all work

Required profile

• High school diploma required
• Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days
• At least 1 year of commercial insurance experience
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without current or future sponsorship
• Plus: associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; experience with EPIC is a plus
