Customer Service Associate, Business Insurance

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Customer Service Associate for its Business Insurance team in Hunt Valley. The role delivers prompt, courteous and accurate service to clients and colleagues, supporting the Business Insurance team with policy-related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Business Insurance team with policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits.
• Maintain the highest level of accuracy in all work.

Required profile

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. permanently and without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: associate's or bachelor's degree, two years of business insurance experience, a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain it within 90 days), and experience working with EPIC.

• Base salary of $35,600 to $66,200, depending on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education and minimum wage requirements; possible performance-based incentives.
