Critical Care RN – Full‑Time Night Shift – St. Mary

About the role

Join Ochsner Health as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care, working the night shift at the St. Mary facility. You will deliver patient‑centered care using the Nursing Process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the unit’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members as needed.
• Document patient information accurately using computer systems.
• Promote cultural sensitivity and maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.

Required profile

• Education: Registered Nurse diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Certifications: Current RN license in Louisiana, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; clinical specialty certification preferred.
