Critical Care RN – CCFSR

About the role

The Critical Care RN (CCFSR) will join the Cleveland Clinic Martin Health team in sunny Florida, providing patient‑first care across multiple critical care units. You will rotate among Martin North, Martin South, and Tradition Hospital, delivering high‑quality nursing care and education to patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate admission assessments and document pain levels using established protocols.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized plans of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient conditions, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and adjust care plans to achieve expected outcomes.
• Float between designated hospitals as needed, working day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN) and hold a current RN license in the state.
• Two years of recent critical care experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification completed within the past year.
