Copy Supervisor

About the role

P10 is looking for a Copy Supervisor to join its creative team in Chicago. The role is about generating ideas and shaping the work, connecting tactical execution to brand and strategic objectives, and moving work forward across several projects. It sits within an agency process and reports to an Associate Creative Director.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple projects at once, meeting timelines and deliverables
• Deliver long-form writing independently (IVAs, websites, comprehensive campaign materials)
• Write for video and multimedia content with clear narrative and storytelling
• Contribute to concept development, from ideation through to execution
• Elevate thinking beyond the brief and link deliverables to brand strategy and campaign goals
• Maintain a consistent creative voice and collaborate closely with art directors
• Take part in tactical planning and audience engagement, and present work to clients
• Work independently on smaller pieces in client settings and incorporate feedback efficiently

Required profile

• 4-8 years of copywriting experience in an agency, including a healthcare/pharma or regulated agency environment
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
• Experience working with art directors and cross-functional partners

Required skills

• Concepting and executing long-form and multimedia content
• Solid grasp of science and regulatory considerations, including annotations and referencing
• Managing several projects under pressure while keeping quality high
• Time management and autonomy
