About the role

This senior manager role leads the Beer Analytics Team at Constellation Brands, shaping strategic insights from consumer and marketplace data to guide executive decisions for the beer division.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level strategic thinking on complex, ambiguous projects that address critical business challenges.
• Develop and deliver strategic analyses and storylines that connect consumer behavior with market trends for internal and external communications.
• Partner with Beer Division leadership to align priorities with strategic projects and actions.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver forward‑focused, integrated analytical capabilities.
• Coach and develop internal employees and external partners, ensuring actionable insights and enhanced analytic capabilities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in the alcohol industry or consumer packaged goods.
• Deep understanding of strategic frameworks, analytic techniques, and drivers of marketplace trends.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel).
