Fruit of the Loom is hiring a Contract Recruiter in Nashville, Tennessee. The role accelerates hiring of high-quality talent for priority business needs by combining disciplined sourcing, consultative partnership, efficient selection and a strong candidate experience. The recruiter delivers timely, diverse and qualified candidate slates, enables sound hiring decisions and keeps recruiting data accurate throughout the assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interview-ready candidate slates within agreed timelines and turn priority searches into accepted offers that meet role requirements, compensation and business needs.
• Build targeted pipelines for recurring, specialized and hard-to-fill roles, gather market insights and increase access to underrepresented and passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers on success profiles, selection criteria, search plans and decision timelines, and give concise, evidence-based updates.
• Create a responsive, transparent candidate journey and resolve candidate concerns quickly.
• Keep requisitions, candidate stages, interview feedback and disposition reasons accurate in the applicant tracking system, and use funnel data to improve conversion.
• Meet the hiring priorities and deliverables for the contract period, leave pipelines and records organized, and document market intelligence and process improvements before the assignment ends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience accepted.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including managing multiple searches at once.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive talent through networks, research tools, referrals, databases and direct outreach.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and move searches to decisions.
• Knowledge of structured interviewing, fair selection practices and applicable employment requirements.
