Construction Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce company policies and OSHA safety regulations across all job sites.
• Oversee daily on‑site construction activities, coordinate tasks, and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Read and execute the full scope of work, identify deviations, and communicate change‑order items.
• Maintain quality standards, complete daily reports, timekeeping, and provide status updates to supervisors and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of residential or commercial construction experience.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available on‑call 24/7, willing to work long shifts (12+ hours) up to 7 days per week.
• Pass drug testing, background check, and hold a valid state driver’s license.

Required skills

• Framing, trim carpentry, drywall, painting, basic plumbing and electrical.
• OSHA 10‑hour Construction certification.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools, drive vehicles over 10,001 lb GVW and pull an 8‑20’ enclosed trailer.
