Engineering Coordinator (Construction)

About the role

A fast-paced installation team is looking for an Engineering Coordinator to support its work. You will coordinate daily tasks, manage schedules and liaise between field crews and clients, using your technical knowledge to make sure projects are ready for installation. The position is fully remote, with a schedule of 8:30 AM to 5 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to field teams and track progress in ClickUp
• Communicate with clients about visit schedules, delays or rescheduling
• Check that openings are technically ready for installation (measurements, drawings, materials)
• Review shop drawings or specifications to spot potential issues before dispatch
• Make sure crews have the right materials, glass and hardware
• Book hotels for travelling installers and monitor vehicle mileage and documentation (registration, insurance)
• Support project managers with coordination and issue tracking
• Review the quality of completed work and report problems if needed

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in construction or engineering coordination
• Engineering or technical background (construction, architecture or related field)
• Confident English (B2+) and Russian C1
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Required skills

• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and measurements
• Comfortable using task management tools such as ClickUp
