Concierge

About the role

The Concierge provides essential resident services and acts as a primary information source for residents, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience at the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, manage phone calls, and coordinate service request callbacks.
• Maintain guest suite schedule, loading dock/elevator schedules, and ensure clubhouse amenities are ready each morning.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing resident activities and maintain local area resource guides.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional travel to other properties.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for logging deliveries and scheduling
