Compliance Specialist I – Medford, MA (Onsite)

About the role

The Compliance Specialist I will support LexisNexis Risk Solutions by managing notice filings for mutual funds and other investment products across U.S. jurisdictions. This position works on‑site in Medford, MA, with the possibility of one hybrid day after a successful performance year.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client service representative for state examiners and BSRS clients.
• Own fund filing responsibilities, including renewal and amendment filings for assigned mutual funds.
• Review warning reports and historical sales data to anticipate future filing needs.
• Process incoming state correspondence, compare with pending items, and follow up with examiners.
• Prepare, collate, and submit all required documents to state agencies.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date fund files and legal archives.
• Proactively manage file updates for new or changed funds, coordinating with administrative support.
• Act as liaison between state agencies and BSRS on filing matters.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple filings simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining high‑quality legal records.
• Effective communication with state examiners, clients, and internal teams.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week, with potential hybrid flexibility after one year.
