Commercial Insurance Producer – P&C Sales

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, driven, and disciplined Commercial Insurance Producer to join our Property & Casualty sales team. You will work both independently and within a fast‑paced team, developing and expanding relationships with existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through professional relationships, cold calling, community involvement, existing clients, and internal referrals.
• Develop new relationships with individuals responsible for insurance and risk‑management decisions at prospective clients.
• Maintain a strong, active new‑business pipeline and aggressively pursue cross‑selling opportunities.
• Participate in and lead targeted civic and professional associations.
• Understand our value proposition and align firm resources with sales strategies.
• Design targeted coverage programs and provide proactive risk‑management advice.
• Maintain consistent, high‑quality touch points with clients and prospects.
• Champion proper advocacy of claims and contribute to teammate performance management.

Required profile

• Highly competitive, detail‑oriented, and excellent communicator.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and solve problems critically.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or 2‑5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Track record of building pipelines, cross‑selling, and executing sales strategies.
• Technical knowledge of insurance and risk‑management products.
• Property & Casualty license required.
