Senior Solutions Architect – AI‑Powered Fraud Prevention

About the role

As a Senior Solutions Architect on Chainalysis' Blockchain Foundations Team, you will act as a trusted technical advisor for customers adopting Alterya, an AI‑driven fraud prevention platform. You will guide prospects and existing clients from discovery through deployment, ensuring the solution meets their fraud‑risk strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery sessions, product demos, and solution workshops.
• Design and implement customized fraud‑detection workflows using AI‑driven behavioral intelligence and risk signals.
• Lead technical onboarding, API integrations, and deployment of Alterya into customer environments.
• Collaborate with customers’ fraud, risk, engineering, and operations teams to drive successful adoption.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and share emerging fraud trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a customer‑facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with fraud‑prevention, financial crime, payments, banking, fintech, or cryptocurrency solutions.
• Proven ability to own end‑to‑end proof‑of‑concepts and deliver successful outcomes.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and multi‑project management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
