Clinical Sales Representative – Interventional Urology (Men's Health)

About the role

Coloplast is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to support Men’s Health cases in Colorado. The role provides on‑site clinical consultation, product information, and post‑procedure support for Coloplast’s surgical portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical product knowledge during surgical cases and follow‑up support.
• Educate physicians, surgeons, and hospital staff on product use and troubleshooting.
• Maintain relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and assist sales teams.
• Manage CRM data, inventory, sales reporting, and expense tracking.
• Complete vendor credentialing for assigned medical facilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of medical device or related experience, preferably in urology or implantable devices.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically, including overnight trips.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM or similar information‑management tools.
