About the role

The Clinical Dietitian provides nutrition therapy to cancer patients undergoing active treatment, aiming to optimize immune function, maintain strength, and support recovery.

Key responsibilities

Implement nutrition screening for cancer patients, assess status, and develop care plans for the multidisciplinary team.
Provide tailored nutrition education to patients, staff, and the community.
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and communicate nutrition interventions to physicians and nurses.
Develop education materials, assist with regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality improvement projects.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition.
At least one year of clinical dietitian internship.
Licensed Registered Dietitian in Missouri.
Strong patient‑centred focus, teamwork, flexibility, and compassion.

Required skills

Nutrition screening system implementation.
Nutrition education and counseling delivery.
