Clinic Operations Manager

About the role

The Clinic Operations Manager oversees daily clinic functions, ensuring quality care, safety, regulatory compliance, and patient satisfaction. This position reports to administration and collaborates with a compassionate, inclusive team to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage systems and relationships to maintain quality care, safety, and compliance.
• Determine staffing levels, conduct hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and work with HR on discipline.
• Act as liaison for system‑wide information distribution and feedback.
• Monitor and distribute operating reports, reviewing them with leadership.
• Support business growth through planning and special projects.
• Oversee physical and technology infrastructure of the clinic.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required) or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• 7 years of healthcare experience with 2 years of supervisory/management experience (or equivalent education with 3 years experience).
• Ability to travel between facilities and work flexible schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, financial statement analysis, and trend recommendation.
