Clinic LPN – Float Pool (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Office LPN provides patient assessment, treatment, testing and education in a fast‑paced clinic environment, supporting physicians and mid‑level providers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer oral, IM and SC medications as ordered and perform point‑of‑care lab testing.
• Assist providers with procedures, maintain sterile fields, and manage instrument trays.
• Conduct phone triage, relay test results, and document chief complaints and visit details.
• Obtain vital signs, collect specimens, and update medication lists per provider preference.
• Educate patients on MyChart enrollment and provide patient teaching and supportive services.
• Schedule diagnostic/therapeutic procedures and obtain required pre‑authorizations.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with a current Missouri LPN license.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lb, stand, walk, and perform frequent turning and reaching.
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
