Clinic LPN – Cardiology Clinic (Full Time)

About the role

The Clinic LPN supports physicians and mid‑level providers in a busy cardiology clinic, delivering patient assessments, treatments, and education while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Administer oral, IM, and SC medications as ordered and perform point‑of‑care lab testing.
• Assist providers with procedures, maintain sterile fields, and manage instrument trays.
• Conduct phone triage, relay test results, and document chief complaints and visit details.
• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and collect specimens for laboratory testing.
• Educate patients on MyChart enrollment and provide patient teaching as needed.
• Schedule diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, obtain pre‑certifications, and ensure compliance with clinic policies.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program with an approved IV therapy course.
• Current Missouri LPN license and AHA Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to multitask, think critically, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lb, stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements.
