Client Services Associate

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a motivated Client Services Associate to join its Skilled Nursing Office in Hickory, NC. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service, coordinating client care, and supporting field teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality home care and customer service to clients and families.
• Manage client service coordination, emergent scheduling issues, and caseload growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations.
• Monitor key metrics such as admissions, referrals, and conversion rates.
• Partner with Clinical Managers to support and recognize field employees.

Required profile

• Prior experience in medical office, healthcare staffing, home care, or customer service.
• 4‑year college degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and ability to handle challenging conversations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
