Client Service Associate / Teller

About the role

National Bank of Arizona is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) for its downtown Flagstaff branch. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week, and focuses on delivering accurate banking transactions and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately while maintaining balanced records.
• Open new accounts, issue counter checks, activate ATM cards, handle money transfers, order checks, and receive loan payments.
• Resolve client issues directly or refer them to appropriate bank resources.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and promote bank products based on client needs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with cashiering or customer‑service experience.
• Strong mathematical ability and solid balancing skills.
• Ability to cross‑sell bank products and provide courteous service.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
