Client Onboarding Coordinator – US

About the role

MillTech is seeking a Client Onboarding Coordinator to lead its US onboarding operations. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will guide new and existing clients through the entire onboarding journey, from initial engagement to live trading, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the US client onboarding process, working autonomously and proactively.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Compliance, Operations and internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience across operational, commercial, regulatory, financial and technical set‑ups.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client inquiries, supporting all aspects of the client relationship with MillTech.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, address issues promptly, and help them achieve their trading objectives.
• Build long‑term relationships and foster an entrepreneurial, client‑focused onboarding culture.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and determination to improve processes.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in financial services or fintech environments is a plus.
