About the role

North Bridge Staffing, a staffing firm founded in 2002 offering short-term, long-term, full-time and executive search services, is hiring an Account Executive for its New York office. The role drives the sales business model by generating new business and delivering service that ensures client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings proactively through cold calling, email outreach, targeted messaging, social media engagement and networking.
• Engage key decision-makers to understand their business objectives, challenges and workforce needs.
• Provide tailored talent solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and manage client relationships and use the sales business model to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and track performance metrics to maximize earnings potential.
• Take part in training and development programs and progress through career development opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in staffing or a related industry.
• Experience contacting decision-makers by cold call and holding meetings to assess their needs.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
