Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Luxury Resort

About the role

CordeValle is seeking its inaugural Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy for a distinguished private luxury property in Northern California. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the CFO will act as a strategic partner, providing insight and stewardship across hospitality, club operations, the winery, and residential components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term financial plans that align with the organization’s growth objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash‑flow management for multiple entities.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the executive team and ownership.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Lead finance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior finance executive, preferably in hospitality, luxury, or multi‑entity environments.
• Strong business judgment, executive presence, and excellent presentation abilities.
• Track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence.
• Ability to work closely with the CEO and board members as a trusted advisor.
