Certified Nursing Assistant – Pediatric Home Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care for pediatric clients in Charlotte and surrounding areas. As part of our home‑care team, you will support daily living activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for children receiving care at home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Support mobility through ambulation assistance, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and assist with oral feeding.
• Provide medication assistance and range‑of‑motion exercises as directed.

Required profile

• Current CNA license in good standing with the state board.
• CPR certification (training can be provided).
