About the role

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide basic patient care on the Med‑Surg unit during the night shift at St. Anne Campus. Working under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, the CNA helps maintain patient safety and supports the care plan.

Key responsibilities

Observe patients continuously, report changes in behavior or status to nursing staff, and intervene to maintain safety.
Perform all functions delegated by the nurse, including documentation, maintaining a clean environment, and delivering care that meets physical, psychosocial, and educational needs.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Hospital or telemetry experience preferred.
Current state CNA certification; BLS and CPI certifications to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) certification.
