Certified CNA, Nurse Aide, HHA & PCA – Flexible Shifts

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Assistive Care team as a Certified CNA, Nurse Aide, HHA or PCA and provide meaningful, one‑on‑one support to adults living at home. Flexible full‑time, part‑time, per‑diem and on‑call schedules are available across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting and nail care.
• Assist with household tasks including light housekeeping, laundry and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients and support nutrition needs.
• Help with range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Offer medication reminders and perform basic vital sign checks.

Required profile

• Certified CNA, Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant.
• Commitment to compassionate, client‑centered care and ability to follow a written plan of care.

Required skills

• Certified nursing assistance (CNA) skills.
• Home health aide or personal care assistance techniques.
