Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA)

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Assistive Care team as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide one‑on‑one support to adults living at home. You will follow a written care plan created by a registered nurse and help clients maintain independence and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting and nail care.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients and encourage proper nutrition.
• Support range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
• Give medication reminders and perform basic vital sign checks.

Required profile

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) qualification.
• Commitment to compassionate, client‑focused care.

Required skills

• Ability to follow written care plans and document observations.
• Basic knowledge of personal hygiene, mobility assistance and household tasks.
