About the role

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as an RN Clinical Manager to lead a new Adult and Pediatric Skilled Nursing team in Williamsburg, VA. You will oversee clinical operations, ensure high‑quality home care, and support families in the comfort of their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff, ensuring compassionate, high‑quality care.
• Manage daily clinical operations, patient assignments, and case‑load oversight.
• Perform initial patient assessments, home safety evaluations, and develop individualized care plans with physicians and families.
• Conduct supervisory home visits to verify adherence to care plans and regulatory standards.
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirements.
• Participate in performance evaluations, corrective actions, and staff development.
• Provide clinical guidance for complex cases or emergencies.
• Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.

Required profile

• Active RN license in the state.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Prior experience in clinical supervision or nurse management preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties.

Required skills

• Tracheostomy care and ventilator management.
• Clinical supervision and staff onboarding.
• Documentation compliance with CMS and other accreditation standards.
