Associate Director – Skilled Nursing

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Associate Director to lead its new Skilled Nursing office in Williamsburg, VA. This position oversees all aspects of office management, budgeting, staffing and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office operations including budgeting, planning, recruiting and fiscal oversight.
• Monitor service quality and compliance, ensuring client satisfaction and staff training.
• Develop community and referral relationships to grow the office.
• Represent BAYADA’s values and standards to internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Four‑year college degree.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare, preferably home health care.
• Knowledge of state regulations and proven record of achieving goals.
• Strong interpersonal, recruiting and employee‑relations abilities.
