Cardiac Cath Lab RN – 0.9 Full-Time, 12‑hr Shifts, $30k Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

The Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a high‑acuity environment, delivering life‑saving interventions and supporting the interventional cardiology team.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications, conscious sedation, and emergent drugs safely during procedures.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, document vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and procedural data.
• Communicate patient status to physicians and team members, and provide education to patients and families.
• Participate in quality monitoring, process improvement activities, and adhere to infection‑prevention and safety policies.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in Missouri (or Compact licensure).
• Minimum one year of critical care or equivalent nursing experience; cath lab experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts (7 am‑7:30 pm) Monday‑Friday with on‑call duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency in administering BLS, ACLS, and peri‑procedural pharmacologic agents.
• Knowledge of hemodynamic waveforms, data analysis, and documentation in the cath lab.
• Capability to wear lead protection for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 35 lb.
