Business Systems Analyst – Treasury Services

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to lead its Treasury Services Incident Management program. In this role you will design, implement, and continuously improve incident management processes and systems that support critical Treasury Services lines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and assess current incident management processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement incident management tools and procedures, including escalation paths and response times.
• Document incident management workflows and support functional testing of new or enhanced applications.
• Assist departments in building business case justifications for new or upgraded software solutions.
• Develop concise system requirements and use cases to guide development efforts.
• Support Treasury Services business lines such as the Collection Information Repository, TLH, and future Pay.gov initiatives.
• Leverage business intelligence tools to generate analytics that drive operational excellence.
• Provide on‑call support on a rotational basis, including after‑hours and weekend coverage as needed.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across multiple sites and organizations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle on‑call responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with business intelligence tools, specifically Business Objects.
