Business Development Associate

About the role

As a Business Development Associate you will help KME.digital exceed quarterly revenue targets, manage the sales pipeline, and act as a trusted adviser to prospects and clients. You will represent the company positively, identify new sales opportunities, and deepen your understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass quarterly revenue goals.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct cold‑calling, networking, and prospect outreach on a daily basis.
• Participate in weekly sales training and continuous learning about digital marketing trends.
• Shadow fulfillment teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web Development, Content Writing, Marketing Automation) to understand service offerings.
• Set individual sales targets and execute weekly sales activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients.

Required profile

• Preferred: 2 years of customer service experience.
• Preferred: 1 year of sales experience.
• Willingness to commute or relocate to Alexandria, VA.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
