Sales Admin Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Admin Assistant to support our Account Managers. The role involves day‑to‑day ordering, quoting, and customer updates to keep the business running smoothly. It offers a stable, long‑term routine with predictable hours.

Key responsibilities

• Creating sales and purchase order transactions
• Updating customers on existing orders
• Creating sales quotes
• Product research using company and industry databases
• Working with current sources to obtain new products
• Data entry
• Special projects as requested

Required profile

• Energetic and self‑motivated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word)
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers
• Familiarity with customer/sales software (CRM)
• Strong attention to detail and accurate order entry
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Effective time management and prioritization
