Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Alexandria, VA

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Alexandria, VA. The role supports TTI's presence in The Home Depot, driving market share growth through merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement. It is a non-exempt, overtime-eligible position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class business-to-consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot, recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Manage merchandising, product placement, store resets and inventory levels, using Microsoft Power BI to drive decisions
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and transport a small amount of company property
• Travel to and from store locations, including occasional air travel, and lift and move tools up to 50 lbs

Required profile

• At least 21 years old, eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, able to pass drug and motor vehicle report screening
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one continuous year, personal vehicle, insurance and ability to fly
• Ability to work nights and weekends, stand for full shifts, and handle physical demands of a retail environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently after training; multilingual abilities preferred in some markets
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; relocation may be required

• Pay of $24.04-$25.96 per hour, with sales contests and incentives
